What is the ordering process?
Pre-built pieces are listed on our website and are available to order directly from the site, or just contact us to schedule a time to take a look at our current inventory. We offer shipping on smaller items, as well a contactless curbside pickup if you prefer.
For custom pieces, just contact us by email, phone or text, and we will ask some basic questions about your project to come up with a base estimate. We can give a base estimate for free, and go from there with your design and any changes or additions you would like to make. All costs and options will be given upfront, with no hidden charges!
Custom products require a 50% deposit with the balance due at pickup or delivery.
We can deliver any piece, but do offer FREE delivery and setup, within 30 driving miles, on orders over $1500. Some exclusions apply, contact us for details.
Can this be made a different size or color?
A: Yes! We can customize any of our products, just for you! Additional costs may apply depending on the change, but we can modify any of products with a custom order.
Where can I see your work?
A: We do not have a physical storefront, but you are welcome to visit our shop by appointment to see what we have going on! General estimates are free either online or by phone, there is a charge for on site consultations and detailed designing. Contact us to inquire about custom consultation rates.
